Data and purposes: reservations — made via the online booking tool, by phone or by email — (name, email, phone, date, number of guests, special requests); responding to your enquiries; audience measurement via cookies; marketing communications where you consent.

Legal bases: performance of the requested service (Art. 6.1.b); legitimate interest for customer relations and security (Art. 6.1.f); consent for non-essential cookies and marketing (Art. 6.1.a).

Recipients: authorised staff, the hosting provider, the online booking tool Zenchef (see its own privacy policy), and Google for audience measurement (subject to consent). Your data is not sold.

Transfers outside the EU: some providers (Google) may process data outside the EU, under appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses, Data Privacy Framework).

Retention: reservation data up to 3 years after last contact; marketing 3 years; cookies up to 13 months.
